Folded Heritage
Mixed media collage
Spiritual motion meets ancient heritage. This mixed media piece turns the sacred Sama dance into a dynamic geometric synthesis of Persian culture. Built from the patterns of Persian carpets, mosaic tile and miniature painting, the whirling dervish becomes a living mosaic of transcendence and of timeless Iranian art.
